Slow Flow is a traditional yoga practice that will deepen awareness of alignment while challenging body and mind. This practice moves at a steady and intentional pace to strengthen, lengthen and promote balance on and off the mat. All levels are welcome - modifications offered.
POWERflow is a traditional Vinyasa-styled yoga practice. Using contemporary music and a quick-paced sequencing, this class is designed to strengthen and lengthen your body and keep you in the moment- practicing mindfulness through complex yoga flow sequencing.

Cardio Yoga is a functional STRENGTH flow with some HIGH INTENSITY BURSTS OF CARDIO (always a low impact option) using only weight-bearing strength exercises and easy to follow repetitive movements - NO EQUIPMENT in this class. You will feel those muscles WORK.
Barre, strength and yoga fusion under infrared heat! This class will tone your upper body, core, and legs, combined with yoga sequences to lengthen and stretch you. It's the perfect total body workout that will feel SO good at the end of the day! This class is for all levels - there are always modifications offered.
This class is an athletic vinyasa flow with intervals of strength/core/and some crazy CARDIO!
We use hand weights or other equipment and the room is HOT. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own level.
YogaBLAST is a total body workout that will build heat and strength - an energetic blend of yoga flow, mixed with intervals using hand weights for upper body, and plenty of challenging core conditioning. There will always be modifications offered. This class is great for all levels.
