Perhaps you are recovering from an injury and you would like suggestions for modifications to use in all HG classes? Maybe you just want a reminder of form and alignment to be sure you get the most out of all HG classes? If you said YES to any of those questions then this the class for YOU! In this Intro class, Katie will give you all of the tools you need to feel confident in every HG class. This basic strength class will move slowly focusing on form and alignment. Katie will help you find and use your core to prevent injury, and she will prepare you for success on your fitness journey at HG! We recommend TWO Intro classes for those who are returning to exercise after a long period of inactivity.
