At RPM, you will escape your day for a dose of motivation, heart-healthy movement and fun with your community! RPM's stylish vibe, heart-thumping music and great lighting will transport you and set the tone for an experience unlike any other. Our Keiser M3i bikes are user-friendly and easily adjust for any size cyclist. They offer a smooth ride without impact on your joints. We also feature the latest technology for tracking your output on the bike including watts (your power), RPM (leg speed) and heart rate. Our schedule features 45 and 60-minute classes and a mix of pure ride classes and cycle-fusion classes where you will get a combo of cardio on the bike and strength off the bike. When weather permits, join us for Bootcamp in our spacious lawn!

I am thrilled for more space to offer a broader cycle fusion schedule and a more private area for outdoor Bootcamp classes. In addition - InBody body composition analysis, MyZone, and our new IMPACT coaching program. We will take your wellness to a new level - RPM stands for Real (we always keep it real with functional strength at HG), Positive (positive mindset coaching in every class), Momentum (we keep you moving forward!)
This class has the perfect balance: approximately 30 - 40 minutes (depending on the class length) of calorie scorching cardio on the bike followed by a stretchy vinyasa flow that challenges the upper body and the core on the mat. Great workout with a great vibe.
You'll sweat to the BEAT in this NEW RPM cycle class! Rolling hills, BIG climbs, sprints and rhythm dancing on the bike! You won't even notice how hard you're working because you'll be having so much fun!
Bike Bootcamp is cycle and strength with a bit of a twist ... you might see kettlebells, FitFighters, hand weights and TRX in this class! Lots of cardio and the Bootcamp strength you love all in one class.
You are all heart and all legs for approximately 30 - 40 minutes on the bike (depending on the class length), then the shoes come off and you head to your yoga mat for a CORE workout. This is the perfect class to push the POWER, strengthen the CORE, and get a great STRETCH.
This cycle-fusion class starts on the bike for approximately 30 - 40 minutes (depending on the class length) of high energy cardio scorching calories. Then riders leave their bikes for a combination of heavy weights, resistance bands, and/or mat work for upper body and core strength.
Cycle and TRX make a great combination! Fast legs on the bike, intervals of climbing and super slow TRX for the upper body and CORE.
