Intro to Cycling

NEW in March! Intro to Cycle is a beginner class for those who want more CARDIO and are looking to ease into cycling. Each participant will get set up comfortably on the bike and learn all about cadence and WATTS! The Keiser M3i is the top of the line bike with a simple to use computer that gives instant feedback which helps you to push yourself - you are in control! In this beginner class will get your heart rate up, but only at a nice, easy pace. You can wear sneakers or SPD clip cycling shoes. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel. Take as many "Intro to Cycle" classes as you wish - you will be ready to ride! 

Cycle + Strength

NEW in March! Cycle + Strength Mondays from 6-7 PM.

You'll begin on the bike for an energetic cardio workout scorching calories! Then the class moves to the strength area for a combination of heavy weights, resistance bands and mat work for upper body and core strength, finishing with a great stretch. You will leave feeling strong, energized, and stress-free. All levels are welcome!

Believe in Your Core® 5k Training Event - April 28

Heather's Gym is proud to be part of this year's BYC event! Participants will follow an approximately 5K course – alternating, fast walking and running. The course will include 4 fixed training stations of varying cutting edge disciplines, gradually increasing in intensity, allowing athletes of all backgrounds to achieve their maximum potential and fitness goals. 8 AM in Lake Forest.

National nutrition month

Whether it's starting the day off right with a healthy breakfast or fueling before an athletic event, the foods you choose can make a real difference. Preparing your foods to go further by planning meals and snacks in advance can also help reduce food loss and waste. For National Nutrition Month® 2018, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics urges everyone to "Go Further with Food."
